1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "k8kk," "We," "Us," "Our" refers to the online casino platform operating at k8kk.cam, licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "Player," "You," "Your" refers to any individual who registers for and uses k8kk services.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account established by a Player upon successful registration with k8kk.
• "Services" refers to all gaming, betting, and related services provided through the k8kk platform, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, and promotional offers.
• "Website" means the k8kk.cam domain and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and related digital properties.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing k8kk's operations.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player and available for wagering, excluding any bonus or promotional funds.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds credited to a Player's account subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for a k8kk account and participate in real-money gaming activities. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. k8kk reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

k8kk services are available exclusively to individuals physically located within the territory of the Republic of the Philippines at the time of gameplay. Our PAGCOR license restricts operations to Philippine jurisdiction. Use of VPNs, proxy servers, or other methods to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) k8kk account. Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, addresses, email addresses, or payment methods, is prohibited. k8kk employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Discovery of multiple accounts will result in closure of all such accounts and forfeiture of balances.

2.4 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy. Registration information must include your legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, valid mobile phone number registered in your name, date of birth, and residential address in the Philippines. Providing false or misleading information constitutes fraud and may result in account termination and legal action.

2.5 Prohibited Persons

The following individuals are prohibited from registering for or using k8kk services: (a) employees of k8kk and their immediate family members; (b) employees of PAGCOR and other Philippine gaming regulatory authorities; (c) individuals who have been self-excluded from gaming activities through PAGCOR's self-exclusion program; (d) individuals convicted of gaming-related fraud or financial crimes; (e) individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law.

3. Account Usage and Security

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your k8kk account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify k8kk immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

3.2 Account Verification

k8kk reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawal requests exceeding PHP 20,000. Acceptable verification documents include valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, or national ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within fourteen (14) days may result in account suspension.

3.3 Account Maintenance

k8kk reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that have been inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months. Before closure, we will attempt to contact you at your registered email address and mobile number. Any remaining balance in an inactive account will be subject to an administrative fee of PHP 200 per month after the initial twelve-month period.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

k8kk accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other major Philippine banks), and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier interface. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are processed instantly. Bank transfers typically process within 5-10 minutes during banking hours. 7-Eleven CLiQQ deposits may take 30-60 minutes to reflect in your k8kk account. k8kk does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Withdrawals must be requested through the same payment method used for deposits, except where this is not technically feasible. Minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. Maximum withdrawal limits are: (a) Standard accounts: PHP 50,000 per day via GCash/PayMaya; PHP 200,000 per day via bank transfer; (b) VIP accounts: Higher limits based on tier as specified in the VIP program terms.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

Subject to verification requirements, k8kk processes withdrawal requests according to the following timeframes: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals: 15-30 minutes during business hours (8:00 AM - 10:00 PM PHT); Bank transfers: 1-4 hours during banking days; Requests submitted outside business hours are queued and processed starting at 8:00 AM the following business day.

4.5 Withdrawal Wagering Requirements

To prevent money laundering, all deposited funds must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal. For example, a PHP 1,000 deposit requires at least PHP 1,000 in total wagers before the funds may be withdrawn. This requirement applies to real money balance only and is separate from bonus wagering requirements.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

k8kk maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large transactions, request source of funds documentation, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities. Transactions that appear designed to circumvent AML checks may result in account suspension and fund seizure.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by k8kk are subject to specific terms and conditions published with each offer. General bonus terms include: (a) Bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance, separate from Real Money Balance; (b) Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings from bonus funds may be withdrawn; (c) Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements (e.g., slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%); (d) Maximum bet limits apply when playing with bonus funds (typically PHP 200 per spin or hand).

5.2 Bonus Abuse

k8kk prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, coordinated play with other Players to meet wagering requirements, using betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., betting on all outcomes in roulette), or any other activity that violates the spirit of bonus offers. Bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account termination.

5.3 Bonus Wagering Example

For clarity, here is an example of how bonus wagering requirements work: A Player receives a 100% match bonus of PHP 1,000 on a PHP 1,000 deposit, subject to 30x wagering requirements. The Player must wager PHP 30,000 (PHP 1,000 bonus × 30) before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering with Real Money Balance proceeds bonus balance, meaning deposits are wagered before bonus funds.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Outcomes

All casino game outcomes at k8kk are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently tested and certified by eCOGRA and iTech Labs. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical cards, dice, wheels, or other gaming equipment operated by trained dealers under continuous video surveillance. Game outcomes cannot be influenced by k8kk or any third party.

6.2 Return to Player (RTP)

Each game available on k8kk has a specific Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which represents the theoretical long-term payback to players. RTP information is available in each game's information or help section. k8kk does not alter game RTPs from the manufacturer's certified settings. Actual results in the short term may vary significantly from theoretical RTP due to variance.

6.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void. k8kk will refund affected bets to Players' accounts and investigate the cause of the malfunction. If a game disconnection occurs during play, the game round will be completed automatically according to the game rules, and results will be available in your gaming history upon reconnection.

6.4 Prohibited Gaming Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination: (a) Use of bots, automated software, or any device designed to provide an unfair advantage; (b) Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage; (c) Exploiting software bugs or errors; (d) Card counting or advantage play techniques in live dealer games; (e) Placing bets after learning the outcome of an event; (f) Any form of cheating, hacking, or unauthorized access to k8kk systems.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 Age Verification

k8kk is committed to preventing underage gambling. We employ age verification systems during registration and reserve the right to request government-issued identification to verify age. If we discover that a Player is under 21 years of age, we will immediately close the account, void all transactions, and return deposited funds (excluding any winnings).

7.2 Responsible Gaming Tools

k8kk provides the following responsible gaming tools: (a) Deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly); (b) Loss limits; (c) Session time limits; (d) Reality checks (time and money spent notifications); (e) Temporary cooling-off periods (24 hours to 30 days); (f) Self-exclusion (6 months to permanent). These tools are accessible through your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when increased but require a 24-hour cooling period when decreased.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who believe they may have a gambling problem can self-exclude from k8kk for a minimum period of six (6) months. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your account, and k8kk will refuse any attempts to open new accounts. Self-exclusion requests must be made in writing to [email protected]. k8kk also participates in PAGCOR's national self-exclusion database. Self-excluded Players may also contact the National Council on Problem Gambling Philippines for additional support resources.

8. Prohibited Activities

8.1 Fraudulent Activity

The following activities constitute fraud: (a) Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise unauthorized payment methods; (b) Conducting chargebacks or payment reversals for legitimate transactions; (c) Providing false identification or verification documents; (d) Creating accounts using another person's identity; (e) Participating in money laundering or terrorist financing.

8.2 System Abuse

Players may not: (a) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble k8kk software; (b) Use any automated device, software, or routine to access or scrape k8kk systems; (c) Introduce viruses, malware, or malicious code; (d) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to k8kk servers, accounts, or networks; (e) Interfere with the proper functioning of k8kk services.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership

All content on k8kk, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, and video, is the property of k8kk or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. The k8kk name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of k8kk. Unauthorized use of any k8kk intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

9.2 Limited License

k8kk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use k8kk services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to: (a) Copy, modify, or distribute k8kk content; (b) Use k8kk content for commercial purposes; (c) Frame or mirror any portion of k8kk services on another website; (d) Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

k8kk services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, k8kk disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. k8kk does not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, k8kk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of k8kk services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if k8kk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 Maximum Liability

In no event shall k8kk's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount deposited into your k8kk account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or PHP 10,000, whichever is less.

11. Account Termination and Suspension

11.1 Termination by Player

You may close your k8kk account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, you may withdraw any remaining Real Money Balance subject to verification requirements. Bonus Balance will be forfeited. Accounts cannot be reopened once closed except in cases of self-exclusion where the exclusion period has expired.

11.2 Termination by k8kk

k8kk reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to: (a) Breach of these Terms and Conditions; (b) Fraud, abuse, or illegal activity; (c) Providing false information; (d) Failure to verify identity when requested; (e) Business or regulatory reasons. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using k8kk services.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination for cause, k8kk may: (a) Void all pending bets; (b) Forfeit Bonus Balance and associated winnings; (c) Withhold Real Money Balance pending investigation of suspected violations; (d) Report suspected criminal activity to law enforcement. If your account is terminated without cause, k8kk will return your Real Money Balance after deducting any outstanding obligations.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Customer Complaints

If you have a complaint regarding k8kk services, you must first contact our customer support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. We will investigate and respond within seven (7) business days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to our senior management at [email protected].

12.2 PAGCOR Dispute Resolution

If internal dispute resolution does not resolve your complaint, you may file a complaint with PAGCOR's Player Protection Unit. As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, k8kk is subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures. PAGCOR's decision in any dispute shall be final and binding on both parties.

12.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. By using k8kk services, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Amendments

k8kk reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify Players of material changes by email and by posting a notice on the k8kk website. Continued use of k8kk services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using k8kk services and close your account.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with k8kk's Privacy Policy and any specific game rules or promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and k8kk regarding your use of k8kk services, and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.

13.4 No Waiver

k8kk's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision or of the right to enforce such provision. No waiver by k8kk shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of k8kk.

13.5 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without k8kk's prior written consent. k8kk may assign, transfer, or delegate any of its rights or obligations under these Terms without restriction or prior notice.
